Amanda believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful work in therapy. She places a great emphasis on creating a warm, supportive, and trusting environment where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. Amanda states, “Therapy, including building rapport, is a collaborative process, and I strive to meet each client with authenticity, empathy, and curiosity. This connection helps create the safety needed to explore challenges and work towards change.”
Amanda believes that therapy is not one-size fits all, and she aims to tailor your work together in a way that supports your goals, values, and lived experiences.
Amanda shares the following: “I believe that healing isn’t linear, but that every small step matters—and that lasting change happens when we work together with trust, respect, and a sense of shared purpose. Together, we will explore challenges with curiosity and compassion, allowing space for growth, insight, and the development of skills that foster lasting change and emotional well-being.”
